The
Newman Club defines several different purposes. The purposes of Newman-Catholic
Campus Ministry help demonstrate what Newman is trying to accomplish in attending
meetings and taking part in various activities. The following are Newman's
purposes.
To
provide the opportunity for students to meet new friends and renew
former friendships
To
be available to students, faculty, staff and administration
To
be faithful to the teachings of Jesus Christ in the traditions of
the Roman Catholic Church
To
come together for prayer services, prayer, mass/liturgy
